The staff was great!

1st room we were to stay in was horrible. Staff changed it quickly.

The 1st room we were put in was horrible. Smelly, leaking faucets in tub, mold/mildew around tub, very worn out! For what we were paying this the worst room we EVER was going to stay in! We went to the front desk and explained our situation and the woman on duty immediately gave us an upgrade, which was greatly appreciated.
